* There is a  50% non refundable deposit in each custom order, construction time can range from 3 to 10 weeks, all depending on the number of current orders, and what you are ordering.  We can give you our current time frame if you email us.  All kids beds are not built until ordered.  We do work on a first come first serve basis.  

** If your total payments are larger than $2,000, then you  must create a pay pal account prior to submitting final payment by credit card.  This is a pay pal security measure to help reduce fraud.  It takes about 3 to 7 business days to become a verified member.
